Plinth Medical Platinum Range 94MCS – Mobile Cardio Station – Column lift

Developed for busy Outpatient Departments such as Cardiology, this dual column couch features vertical lifting to minimise space requirements and provides all the benefits of a mobile transport chair or patient trolley, with all-electric profiling in both modes. The couch has a safe working load of 250kgs and additional features such as electric CPR mode, Trendelenburg tilt, battery back-up and auto-return to chair set-up position.

Trendelenburg Tilt

The Trendelenburg tilt facility is electrically operated with a range up to -20 degrees. The fold-down padded side support rails provide additional security for this procedure.

Seat Tilt

The combination of electric height, tilt and backrest operation allows various seated and semi-seated or reclined positions to be achieved. Such positions can be for the benefit of the patient or for achieving the required position for the treatment or procedure that they are undergoing.

Transport Handles

The transport handles are positioned beneath the backrest section and are turned inwards for storage when not in use. They are quickly and easily extended and locked into position when required for transport purposes. The backrest also provides a storage pocket for patient notes or belongings.

Mobile Chair Mode

The couch is electrically positioned for seated procedures and the transport handles can be positioned and set into the required position for patient transport. The shortened side rails, with their arm rests and side pads add both security and comfort for the individual user. In addition, the backrest and foot sections can be adjusted to various angles to improve patient comfort.

Trolley Mode

The Cardio station can be quickly configured into the transport trolley mode for patient positioning during rest or recovery periods or for transport from clinic to clinic or to other locations around the hospital.
