Access Health was established in 1978 as Electromed and has since grown into a major supplier of Electrotherapy equipment, Treatment Tables and consumables for Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Community Health Centers and Rehabilitation Hospitals.

Access Health is the Australian distributor for a wide variety of medical and rehabilitation products, with our staff also having expertise in Myotherapy, Gait Analysis, Biomechanics, Orthotics and Nursing.

We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers to locate a product if we do not have it in stock. To this end, Access Health has developed and implemented a Quality Management System that complies with the ISO9001:2015 standard.  The Quality Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company‚Äôs activities.

Management is committed to implementing and continually improving our Quality Management System.

This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and interested stakeholders of Access Health to ensure awareness of our commitment to quality. Management has set quality objectives, which will be achieved by ensuring that all our operations and activities are carried out consistently. Our quality objectives will be regularly reviewed and discussed at management meetings or other communication events as required.  

Access Health personnel are expected to comply and work towards the requirements of the management system. Management will regularly review the system to maintain its suitability and effectiveness.
