How to apply:

  1. Bend the black lines and tear the backing of the application where the perforations are.
  2. Create your own tear in the centre of section one to make the application slightly easier.
  3. Section one will go on in the middle inside of your thigh, as high up as you can get it. Peel the backing off half of section one and lay it on the skin, keeping your fingers off the adhesive. Do the same with the other side of section one.
  4. Once the tape is on, rub it over to make sure it stays.
  5. Peel the backing of section two to about three-fourths of the way and fold it to make a tab. Let all the stretch out of the tape and lay it on the skin. Peel the remainder of the backing off and apply the rest of the projection. Rub over the top.
  6. Repeat step 5 with all other section two projections. Remember, you want no stretch and a little space between each of the projections, so they’re not laying on top of each other.
  7. Rub over the whole application to make sure the Groin Spider has adhered to the skin.
  8. You’re ready to go!
