Royce Medical Tennis Elbow with Hot & Cold Gel Therapy

This Universal Elbow Strap includes a gel pad and is perfect for providing hot/cold therapy and added compression.

Indications - Epicondylitis

USES:

• Effective treatment for Tennis Elbow (epicondylitis)
• Golfers elbow
• and other overuse injuries.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Loop the strap through the plastic ring and slide up the forearm.
2. Position gel over top of the forearm.
3. Tighten the strap by wrapping snugly but do not over-tighten.
4. For Hot Therapy, place the gel pad in the microwave and heat in 15-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Use caution when applying hot therapy as the gel may become very hot.
5. For Cold Therapy, place the gel pad in the refrigerator until the desired temperature is reached.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the gel pad. The brace can be cleaned using a mild detergent and cold water. Lay the brace out flat on a towel and air dry. Do not bleach. Do not put it in the washing machine or dryer. Re-insert Gel Pad into the brace.
