Can-Do Flex Bar with a "waffle" surface is used for wrist, forearm and hand rehabilitation, upper extremity stabilization, neuromuscular re-education, massage therapy, martial arts, and sports grip strengthening.

The Can-Do Flex Bar is made from natural rubber and is available in 3 levels of resistance.

The Red Flex Bar takes 10 lbs. of force to bend to a u-shape.
