I wish to express my gratitude for the service and support I received from Access Health, Boronia. In particular, I received top quality service from one of the representatives, Chris. My self-turning bed had broken down. I rely on this for my pressure care and quickly develop pressure sores without it. Chris understood the gravity of the situation and acted quickly to solve the problem. To save further time, he drove 3hrs to drop the replacement component directly to our house on a Friday evening, in his own time. I am deeply grateful for Chris's effort, he was courteous and meticulous about social distancing.
